What I do
I work with you to challenge your long-standing assumptions, realise your positive unintended impacts, identify and clear your blind spots in becoming a leader of yourself and others.
I coach entrepreneurs and creative professionals, working through challenges and transitions so they can develop their natural leadership edge.
We do this through identifying and developing your self-awareness, group empathy, effective communication skills and compassion. In time, all the parts of you that need emphasising or growth will become your unique leadership style.
I help you tap into your inborn strengths, life values, passions and motivations, building authenticity in thought and action.
Your leadership and executive coaching will be planned with you and can be an amalgamation of, or specifically targeted at, any number of the following areas:
Leadership development, including knowing and expanding your natural impact.
Building on your strengths, while owning and understanding your weaknesses.
Holding the imagination and focus of everyone in the room – remotely and in person.
