For more than two decades, my career was in the design, global development and overall financial health of luxury-fashion brands.
I operated at PLC board level in the UK, USA and China. I have led teams to success in one of the most demanding margin-based industries. I have worked in high-stress environments with fashion characters – some truly hideous, others positively life-affirming.
I know what it takes to manage experienced teams, demanding the best results against tough budgets, and I have mentored and coached colleagues to success in all my roles.
I have been divorced, have remarried and am a father of two. I have been head-hunted and made redundant in a career, and life, that has had times of great success, and failure.
I trained as a coach and was professionally accredited with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2016/17. I also completed 10 months’ further training within the Co-Active Leadership programme. This prestigious CTI training model is the only one to be affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and work and practise by the ICF Code of Ethics.
